Tariffs for 2004/2005

*  A deposit of £100 ($150) per week is required to confirm the booking. Upon receipt of your booking form, all details will be confirmed in writing including total costs and when the balance is due.

*  Full payment will be due 8 weeks prior to departure. Once your balance has been received, details will be sent containing directions to the villa, key collection and access to the villa, local Management Company details etc.

*  Security Deposit : on arrival at the villa you will be contacted by the local management company, acting on behalf of the owner, to provide $ 200 dollar security deposit. This will be in the form of written credit card details with a signature held in case of damage, loss or breakages.

*  Regretfully, No dogs or Smokers.
