The extended pool deck has ample room for extra loungers. In the living area we have a large television complete with cable TV, which has 60 channels. There is also a DVD / CD player and for the children there is a television in each bedroom. In one of the twin bedrooms there is an Xbox, with games. The other twin bedroom has a Minnie Mouse themed television tuned to the Disney Channel.
The villa is located on the premier 5 star Disney area known as 'Windsor Palms' (formally known as Wyndham Palms) with access via a security gate. It is approximately 5 minutes from Disney and other major Disney attractions. This private community is set in a peaceful and tranquil location, yet only 4 miles from the Disney Resort. For the duration of your stay you have access to use all of the facilities in the clubhouse, including large olympic size outdoor pool, separate toddler pool, 59 seater cinema, state of the art fitness centre,video arcade, tennis court, pool/snooker tables, children's play area, picnic area, shop and business facilities. Should you not wish to drive, a shuttle service is available daily, to take you to main attractions.

For the golfer: Within 5 minutes walk there is a brand new golf course situated across from the main entrance. Discount vouchers can be obtained from main reception. This golf course is for all types of players as it has golf ball satellite navigation system which means you will not lose a ball. Other major golf courses are within a 10 mile radius. (Many to choose from with discount rates).

Amenities: Less than 5 minutes away there is a supermarket. There are also a good range of restaurants to choose from.

Directions to the villa

From Orlando Airport

Drive south along airport Boulevard, follow this road for approximately 5 miles, take the road marked 417 "CENTRAL FLORIDA GREENWAY". You will pass through two $1 tolls; carry on until you come to exit 2 to Celebration and 192. EXIT HERE. This is the last toll 25c. Turn right at the lights. Then turn left onto the 192. Stay on 192 for approximately 5 miles and you will pass holiday Inn Hotel on your left, you will then come to a set of traffic lights ( junction CR 545) keep going you will pass another set of traffic lights, go over these and the next set of traffic lights (Formosa Gardens Boulevard) turn left, as a land mark there is a big Chinese dragon at this junction, carry on for about 1/2 mile until you get to a 4 way junction ( Funie Steed Road), go straight across, after a short distance you will pass Indian creek on your right, keep going and the next turning on your right is the entrance to Lynda Palms. Drive up to the gate keeper and he will issue you with a pass for the length of your stay. Once you drive past the gate keeper then take 3rd right into Sun Palm Drive.Your house is on your right.

From Sanford Airport

Follow the exit signs and carry on this road until you see signs for the 417 SOUTH.  Turn left onto the 417 South (GREENWAY), stay on this road and follow sign for "Area attractions". You will go through five tolls, (this will cost you approx 7 Dollars), after the fifth toll you need to keep a look out for the exit slip road (Celebration & 192). Carry on until you come to exit 2 to Celebration and 192. EXIT HERE. This is the last toll 25c. Turn right at the lights. Then turn left onto the 192. Access arrangements

There is a lock box on the wall, just enter the code and this will release the key; please make sure that you replace the key in the lock box every time you leave the villa and also on your departure. Thank you.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to change the lock combination.
